We take every precaution to ensure your orchids arrive in perfect condition. If your orchids arrive damaged or wilt within 3 days of delivery (not order date), please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the arrangement.

Once verified, we will ship replacement orchids at no additional cost.

Vessel Integrity

Each vessel is unique and carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics and glass pieces, minor variations or natural imperfections are normal and part of their charm. If your vessel arrives broken or cracked, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Order Cancellations

Because arrangements are custom-prepared and contain live orchids, we begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing it — we’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes once preparation has begun.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped within 5-7 business days. Because our arrangements include living orchids, we ship via FedEx 2-Day to minimize transit time and ensure your orchids arrive healthy and ready to bloom.
